Job Title: Machine Operators (Compression/Capsule/Strip/Autocartonator)

Roles and Responsibilities:
- cGMP Expertise: Proficient in cGMP practices and documentation.
- Regulatory Compliance: Experienced in handling USFDA audits.
- Documentation: Able to independently enter data in Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packing Records (BPR).
- Independent Area Management: Capable of managing specific production areas independently.
- Shift Work: Willing to work in shifts as necessary.
Machines:
Compression:
- Cadmach machines with Auto weight control system.
Capsule Filling:
- AF 90T by ACG.
Packing:
- Strip: Satellite.
- Cartonator: High Carty & Vector by ACG.
- Sachet Filling: Wraptech, Nichrome.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: ITI/12th Grade (or equivalent) with 2 to 6 years of experience in Tablet Manufacturing at OSD Plant.
- Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotating shifts.
